cancellation policy
All appointments require a $50 booking fee to secure your spot.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, your $50 booking fee will be forfeited.
For hair extension appointments, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
We understand that life happens, but as a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a big impact. Thank you for respecting our time and policies.
